Tierarztpraxis Bauerfeind

A tragic end during the holidays… Our elderly Malinois mix (14.5 years old) was nearing the end of her life while we were unfortunately away from home. When we returned on Christmas Day, she was already in the final stages of dying. What could we do? Who could help, especially on a holiday? In our distress, we decided to contact Dr. Bauerfeind by phone. He offered us support during this difficult time, even though he wasn't on call and was spending Christmas with his own family. He not only told us where to call but also took ample time to offer us emotional and psychological support. Unfortunately, we were unable to ease our dog's passing with a veterinarian, as she died before I could even leave for the hospital. Afterward, we contacted Dr. Bauerfeind again immediately, and he discussed the procedure for storing and disposing of our deceased dog. For this truly selfless act, without any personal gain, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude! It deserves special mention, as it is by no means a given and demonstrates just how much Dr. Bauerfeind truly cares about animals and their owners! THANK YOU!
