Tierarztpraxis Bispingen - Jutta Bülthuis

We had so many bad or barely-satisfactory experiences with vets since moving to Germany, that finding this Praxis was absolutely great. The vet is the owner; she has experience and, most importantly, she really cares about her patients (both the animals, as well as their owners). When helping our cat (sick with a very rare disease) she really went above and beyond what other vets in Germany had us used to. I highly recommend her.

Great service and professional personal

I managed to get an emergency appointment at this practice because our dog was very ill, but we had a lot of other important appointments. What can I say? The staff were rude, completely unwilling to work, made stupid comments, and threw out a diagnosis without any explanation. The dog received a cursory examination and no medication, even though he was in severe pain. So, we canceled everything else and drove to our usual practice further away. I'll never do that again. It's a shame that you can't stay local and have to travel elsewhere for competent and friendly treatment. If that's the case, then please don't schedule appointments. I couldn't treat my clients like that.
