We visited the clinic for the first time yesterday and were very impressed. The ladies at the reception were very friendly and explained what was going on. Shorty, our Great Dane, is a very anxious, distrustful dog, especially when it comes to veterinarians. He needed dental surgery. Dr. Hühnerschulte performed this. He treated Shorty with his very calm and friendly manner. He had a detailed pre- and post-operative consultation with us, during which everything was explained thoroughly. Thank you so much for that! The clinic itself (from what we saw) is very nicely designed. The waiting area is quite large yet comfortable. The treatment rooms are individually accessible from the hallway. It was also great that we could go directly outside from the treatment room and didn't have to go through the waiting room.

I would like to explicitly mention and recommend Dr. Thomas Hinterding as an absolutely top-notch veterinarian! He has been treating our extremely "health-demanding" dog from the very beginning, handling all her health issues with utmost transparency and complete honesty. Dr. Hinterding literally saved our dog's life when he removed a malignant intestinal tumor. From the consultation to the surgery and the aftercare, everything was absolutely perfect. A huge and sincere thank you from us and our dog! I highly recommend this veterinary practice.

In 2018, we adopted a cat from Lichtblick aller Pfoten (a rescue organization). We got the male cat with a diagnosis of megacolon. Initially, we went to the local veterinary clinic, but they insisted on surgery. They wanted to see the cat every week and charged us €20 for it, even though nothing was done. They also tried to sell us food that is contraindicated for cats with megacolon and didn't receive the necessary medication. We then easily obtained it from the veterinary practice. Since then, both of our cats have been under their care here. We haven't regretted this decision.
