We gladly travel a longer distance to receive competent and friendly treatment. She's a doctor who appreciates patients thinking for themselves and taking their concerns seriously, thinking outside the box and not just acting in the interests of the pharmaceutical companies. She's also very flexible thanks to her open consultation hours.

Such a lovely practice! Here, the patient and owner are truly the focus. Ms. von Riesen really takes her time. Everything is explained in detail! This is by far the nicest veterinary practice I have ever encountered. The vet and the two assistants are consistently friendly and empathetic, which immediately transferred to my anxious little dog. We feel we are in excellent hands here, and I am very happy to have found this practice.
