Never again! I felt completely ripped off. On the phone, they told me they could x-ray a dog's kneecap, so I went to this practice. When I arrived, the vet said she couldn't see anything anyway. Unbelievable.

Today was our first visit to this veterinary practice with our dog Keisy – I knew the vet from before. Everything was new and a little stressful for Keisy, but she was surprisingly relaxed. The vet exudes an incredible calm and really takes his time with his patients. You can immediately tell that he works with heart and experience. The helpful tips regarding our upcoming trip were especially valuable – they were a great help. I also think it's fantastic that they have appointments. This means there aren't many animals in the waiting room at the same time, which significantly reduces stress for both humans and animals. The practice itself is beautifully and invitingly designed – you don't feel like you're in a sterile hospital, but almost like you're at home. This immediately creates trust and a pleasant atmosphere. The entire team is incredibly friendly and warm. We'll gladly come back for her next vaccination appointment and wish the whole team continued success and enjoyment in their work. Please keep up your warm and welcoming spirit! 🐾✨
