Horrible place, horrible guy. Do not go there if you love your animal!
I came in on a Sunday with an amputation emergency. The vet, who was actually on call, only left a message on his answering machine and said he would get back to me if necessary. My cat was very carefully stitched up and survived. The follow-up appointments and consultations were honest and competent, and the bill wasn't even remotely excessive. Six months later, I came back again for another emergency, this time for rat poison poisoning, and my cat was treated immediately and competently once more, even outside of regular office hours and the emergency service schedule. I still have three healthy cats and would go back there anytime.
My Bengal cat Carlo arrived at the practice with terrible tooth pain and in a foul mood. Andreas was still incredibly kind, patient, and competent. My feline friend wasn't amused, but I certainly was—highly recommended.
An impossible veterinarian and cat breeder. I bought a 4-month-old kitten from him that had a loud breathing noise. He told me the kitten had completed all treatment and was perfectly healthy. A month after the purchase, I went back to him because the kitten's condition had worsened. He still assured me the kitten was healthy. Three months later, I had to have the little darling euthanized because she had fluid in her lungs. He sells sick kittens and claims they are healthy despite it. This veterinarian should have his license revoked.
I've been taking my cats to Dr. Krampe for years and have never been disappointed. He always puts in a lot of effort and takes his time with the treatments and answering all my questions. As a breeder, I can also highly recommend Dr. Krampe. A few years ago, some acquaintances of mine adopted two Norwegian Forest Cats from him, and since I see them occasionally, I can say that they are healthy and beautiful animals who have settled in perfectly with their new family. I would get a kitten from him in a heartbeat if I didn't already have my own cats! ✌️
