A huge thank you again for your empathetic help over the phone on Saturday. Our 13-week-old kitten had acute diarrhea, and we received excellent advice over the phone. Thanks to a bland diet, we were probably even able to save her. Many thanks also for your willingness to allow us to come to the practice at a later time; that gave us the peace of mind we needed this weekend. Highly recommended, and keep up the great work!

For me, the best veterinarians are Inken Hey and her mother, Christiane Hey-Rosenkranz. Highly competent, always ready to listen to the owner in order to make a diagnosis as quickly as possible, because who knows their animal better than they do? In the truest sense of the word. A lovely, warm team. My daughter's bulldog received immediate and loving care while we were on vacation. After my phone call, we were able to come to the practice and were seen right away, even five minutes before closing time. An IV was administered and medication was given. They took a lot of time with her; it's a shame I'm only here on vacation. A truly fantastic team with reasonable prices. A huge thank you for everything.

Excellent vet. Friendly, knowledgeable and with attention to the animal‘s needs and the mood. Our cat was scared, but didn’t lash out or even meow. He was treated for his injury quickly and without additional stress. My best experience so far.
