Excellent service. Very friendly staff. Vet spoke perfect English as well. Recommended!
A Place of Tragedy and Incompetence This clinic is a nightmare for pet owners! On the day I took my dog in for a check-up, he tragically passed away due to the staff's shocking incompetence. Hours after leaving, I held my beloved dog as he died in my arms. Dr. Verena Ziethlow and her team showed no respect for our feelings. Instead of addressing my dog's health concerns, they offered empty excuses. The clinic seems to employ only inexperienced recent graduates, and the doctor refused to conduct necessary blood tests, claiming it was pointless since I would need to go elsewhere anyway. It’s appalling that such individuals are entrusted with animal care! Their neglect not only cost my dog his life but also shattered our trust in veterinary services. I urge everyone to avoid this clinic; no pet deserves such a lack of compassion and expertise. This place should be closed to prevent further suffering for families like mine. They must be held accountable for their actions!!!!
I am very grateful to have this place here in Potsdam. They offer all the necessary facilities for treatments, surgeries, and exams. The staff is always very attentive, friendly, and competent. We have taken our dog there since we moved to Potsdam and he recently had surgery at the clinic and they have always given us a lot of confidence, professionalism, and clarity. By the way, for expats like us, they speak English very well. A special thanks to the medical assistant Titus Bittler, who was always very attentive, careful with Niko, and helped us with translation from German to Spanish. Thank you!🙏
Basically taking money from your pocket. If you have an emergency, yes go there, they are open around the clock, but if you have an issue that can take time to resolve, do yourself a favor and find another place. We went there with (in general) healthy puppy, who pees just a bit too much. They did examination on him and asked to pay 500 eur at the end. No one, during the entire visit, did not care to tell us how much it will be, to at least give us a chance to make a decision. The scan that they took was not good quality because the dog was moving, but this does not matter, they took money anyway of course. Now they say blood results are perfectly fine so we should retake the scan under sedation, which means another...well I don't know how much,I guess I will find out after it's done, at the check out?
An Emergency Clinic that you cannot get in touch with
