I took my rat Elly to this veterinary practice today and I'm very satisfied. The examination was thorough, and the vet took the time to explain everything clearly. My rat was handled very gently, and it was evident that they have experience with small pets. The practice is well-organized, and the team is friendly and helpful. I feel I'm in excellent hands here and will gladly return if needed.

Yesterday I took my cat Fleur to the vet, who unfortunately had a bad experience with a tail bite. She was treated very well, and they even removed two ticks from her neck. They even put a tick collar on her. It's a very good practice, and easy for me to get to since I'm in a wheelchair. Friendly vets, friendly team. Best regards, Andrea + Fleur 🐈‍⬛

We take our dogs Ludwig and Anni, and previously Quinny, to the veterinarians at Werderpark and are very satisfied and feel very well cared for. To make an appointment, you send an email and they call you back immediately. You receive a pager at the time of your appointment, so you don't have to wait in the waiting room with your animals. With anxious dogs (all of our dogs are rescues), you can go directly into the examination room without having to walk past other animals. Superbly organized! Always friendly and competent. Thank you!
