An experienced and competent veterinarian who doesn't charge exorbitant prices and doesn't immediately recommend the most expensive and complicated procedures. Furthermore, as a working person, I find the sometimes late opening hours very convenient.

In our opinion, she is an excellent veterinarian. Ms. Romanazzi has been caring for our small zoo for several years to our complete satisfaction, as well as that of the animals. She treats emergencies even at the most inconvenient times. Her diagnoses are clear and structured, with a focus on the animals' chances of recovery and their quality of life. She is also very open about the limitations and possibilities. It couldn't be better.

We recently took our cat, who was in need of emergency care, to Ms. Romanazzi, the on-call emergency veterinarian, via the newly established hotline in Brandenburg. I can now say with certainty that we were very fortunate to have her. Ms. Romanazzi is very caring and prioritizes the animal's well-being above all else – not potentially unnecessary additional examinations or treatments that, while probably more cost-effective in the long run, would cause the animal more stress. Equally important is that she met us, the owners, where we were, in fact, likely difficult and particularly risk-averse. We are grateful for her honest and open approach and the empathetic way she treated our cat – and are considering switching to her veterinarian. Thank you!
