I'm very satisfied. Whenever I have something to do with my animals, I call and always get an appointment. I just don't understand some of the comments; they're quite unfair. So, I can only give him 5 stars, and he's honest and straightforward.

We've been going to this vet ever since we got our dog. Today we went at 10 am and had to knock on the window to get an appointment. Then an assistant from the worst vet ever came to the window 😡. We explained what was wrong with our dog, and she said she had to speak with the vet. Then she came to the window and said he needed an X-ray, but they didn't have one; we had to go to the animal hospital. Instead of him even looking at the dog first. No wonder he doesn't open until 10 am and then he doesn't even want to look at the dog. All I can say is this vet is just greedy and completely in the wrong profession 😡. Honestly, you'd expect a vet to be an animal lover, but unfortunately, that can't be said for this one 😞. We then went to another vet, and they helped us very well without an X-ray 😊. We paid the costs right away, and our dog is feeling better again 👍. So This vet doesn't even deserve one star, and this money-grubbing vet will never see us or our dog again 😞😡 I had to give it one star, otherwise I couldn't post it 🙂‍↕️

Yesterday, I took my dog ​​to Dr. Brunck because he was injured in a bicycle accident. Even though I've been going to this vet with all my animals for 30 years, I wasn't even allowed in so Dr. Brunck could at least take a look at my dog. Instead, I was turned away at the window with the comment that he needed an x-ray and should go to the animal clinic. I found another vet I'd never been to before who examined my dog ​​and helped him. This vet was able to make a thorough diagnosis without an x-ray. I will never go to Dr. Brunck again.

I've been coming to the practice for a while now with all my pets. This week, I had my vaccination appointment with my new addition, who's really scared. No problem at all; friendly, empathetic, and professional. Thank you so much, and see you next time.

A very compassionate veterinarian. He always treated our beloved dog very well and sadly had to put him down last Friday. He explained everything very clearly to my wife and me and comforted us as we said goodbye to our dog. Many thanks also to his veterinary assistant. He's not a doctor who's only in it for the money.
