A very compassionate veterinarian. He always treated our beloved dog very well and sadly had to put him down last Friday. He explained everything very clearly to my wife and me and comforted us as we said goodbye to our dog. Many thanks also to his veterinary assistant. He's not a doctor who's only in it for the money.
I've been taking all my pets to the vet for a while now. This week I had my new pet, who's really scared, get his vaccinations. It was absolutely no problem; they were friendly, empathetic, and professional. Thank you so much, and see you next time.
I took my dog Peppels to the emergency veterinary clinic today, Dr. Brunck's. We were desperately searching for an animal hospital due to a severe eye infection, but unfortunately, they all had excuses about not accepting any more patients. After the third clinic, I finally called this practice. We went home with a thorough examination and some ointment. I would say the price for the emergency service was definitely quite reasonable! Our dog is slowly getting better, and that's the most important thing. Thank you so much.
We've been going to this vet ever since we got our dog. Today we went at 10 am and had to knock on the window to get an appointment. Then an assistant from the worst vet ever came to the window 😡. We explained what was wrong with our dog, and she said she had to speak with the vet. Then she came to the window and said he needed an X-ray, but they didn't have one; we had to go to the animal hospital. Instead of him even looking at the dog first. No wonder he doesn't open until 10 am and then he doesn't even want to look at the dog. All I can say is this vet is just greedy and completely in the wrong profession 😡. Honestly, you'd expect a vet to be an animal lover, but unfortunately, that can't be said for this one 😞. We then went to another vet, and they helped us very well without an X-ray 😊. We paid the costs right away, and our dog is feeling better again 👍. So This vet doesn't even deserve one star, and this money-grubbing vet will never see us or our dog again 😞😡 I had to give it one star, otherwise I couldn't post it 🙂↕️
Yesterday I took my dog to Dr. Brunck because he was injured in a bicycle accident. Even though I've been taking all my animals to this vet for 30 years, I wasn't even allowed in for Dr. Brunck to examine my dog. Instead, I was turned away at the window with the instruction that he needed an x-ray and that I should go to the animal hospital. I found another vet, whom I had never been to before, who examined my dog and helped him. This vet was able to make a sound diagnosis without an x-ray. I will never go back to Dr. Brunck.
