I had my cat neutered, and I know everything has gotten more expensive, but I've been a customer for over 10 years and have always been satisfied, even now. Except for the price: €350 for a procedure that should cost no more than €120, and yesterday €50 for a preliminary examination where nothing was done, but €50 for the neutering itself. That was the last time. Regards.

The first visit in 2023: We were charged more than double the amount agreed upon beforehand! Our cat came home from the clinic with fleas. The second visit in 2024: Despite having an appointment, we waited over an hour. The price was very high for a routine check-up. Our cat again came home from the clinic with fleas. The third and definitely last visit three weeks ago: Despite providing detailed information during the initial consultation, the problem was ignored, and instead, we were sent home with some homeopathic remedies. Yes, of course, with fleas in tow. Ten days later, we had to go to another vet's emergency clinic with a urethral obstruction! This was negligent, and now we're facing extremely high costs that could have been avoided. Luckily, there are competent vets at other practices. This practice is a complete disgrace!

We received loving and attentive care, and our dog was wished all the best, even by name. A lovely, competent veterinarian and a fantastic team. THANK YOU!
