Everything was great... the staff was excellent. The doctor was excellent... and they only did what was necessary. Most importantly, they didn't immediately resort to harsh chemicals... highly recommended...
We have nothing negative to say about Dr. Wilts, but we only saw him once for a routine check-up. The next time, it was an emergency, we went to a vet who seemed very unsure of herself and couldn't even take a guinea pig's temperature. Her diagnosis was uncertain, and we didn't feel well or competently treated. At the veterinary clinic, they performed significantly more diagnostic tests and ultimately saved the animal. I wouldn't go back to that practice.
We received loving and attentive care, and our dog was wished all the best, even by name. A lovely, competent veterinarian and a fantastic team. THANK YOU!
