Our cats Merlin and Floh have been at the cat shelter since they were kittens, receiving neutering, annual vaccinations, and other minor ailments that sometimes occur in male cats! A huge thank you from us and the cats to the entire team! ;)

Five stars aren't enough! Dr. Heckel is a veterinarian with a passion for her work and a truly kind-hearted person. Our cat Sammy stayed at the boarding facility for over two months. Dr. Heckel is an absolutely wonderful veterinarian with a heart of gold – you can tell every second that she simply loves her profession and the animals. Although Sammy wasn't an easy patient and had a few health issues, she handled everything with incredible calm and expertise. The entire team is incredibly kind and dedicated. The best part: When Sammy came home after his long stay, he immediately felt right at home again. You couldn't tell he'd been away for two months at all, which shows how lovingly he was cared for there. Thank you so much for everything!

I've been taking my cat to Dr. Heckel since 2025, and I've been very impressed with her empathetic and competent advice on every visit. My cat has a disability following an accident, and Dr. Heckel has always adapted well to his needs and taken ample time for us. There's no feeling of rush or time pressure, and she really listens. The veterinary assistants are also very friendly. When I mentioned in passing during his vaccination appointment and check-up that my cat often urinates in my bidet, she immediately suspected struvite stones, which was unfortunately later confirmed. I was able to drop in without an appointment that same day, received thorough advice, and my cat now has the necessary food (the initial supply for an immediate switch can be purchased directly at the practice if needed) and medication. I'm very satisfied and grateful that Dr. Heckel listened to me so attentively and cared about my cat's well-being. Great team! :)
