A friendly, competent, and empathetic veterinarian who acts quickly and pragmatically and anticipates your needs. The reliable communication and willingness to accommodate appointments outside of regular hours when absolutely necessary are particularly appreciated. The practice is very clean and bright, and you (unlike your four-legged friend ;-)) immediately feel comfortable. Experiences are always subjective, of course, but for us, we are very satisfied and hope it stays that way :-)

I have never met such a kind veterinarian. Today we had to have our beloved old dog put down. We searched for an emergency vet and found Ms. Ganske. We were able to see her immediately, and even though the situation was anything but easy, she brought so much calm to it that I can only thank her from the bottom of my heart for that moment. In my opinion, making a diagnosis based solely on palpation without taking an x-ray is not competent practice. Especially since the physical difference between my dog ​​and the one that bit me was enormous. My dog ​​died two days after treatment due to a bite attack. I can recommend the practice for vaccinations, but not for more serious cases.
