A very friendly and very clean practice. Considering the circumstances, we received excellent care and information. In my opinion, they are very competent. Thank you again for the lovely care they gave our cats.

Making a diagnosis solely through palpation without X-rays is, in my opinion, not competent practice. Especially since the physical difference between my dog ​​and the biting dog was enormous. My dog ​​died two days after the treatment as a result of the bite. I can recommend the practice for vaccinations, but not for more serious cases.

A friendly, competent, and empathetic veterinarian who acts quickly and pragmatically and anticipates your needs. The reliable communication and willingness to accommodate appointments outside of regular hours when absolutely necessary are particularly appreciated. The practice is very clean and bright, and you (unlike your four-legged friend ;-)) immediately feel comfortable. Experiences are always subjective, of course, but for us, we are very satisfied and hope it stays that way :-)

I have never met such a kind veterinarian. Today we had to have our beloved old dog put down. We searched for an emergency vet and found Ms. Ganske. We were able to see her immediately, and even though the situation was anything but easy, she brought so much calm to it that I can only thank her from the bottom of my heart for that moment.
