Unfortunately, you can't give negative stars here. I've never experienced anything so unfriendly. In emergencies, you even get insulted, even though the "nice" gentleman is actually on call.

Not only was the puppy vaccinated too early, but it also had worms and the vaccination was administered incorrectly. Now we have to wait and see if an abscess develops or not. Definitely not recommended.
