We've been taking our dogs to Dr. Werner for treatment for some time now and can wholeheartedly recommend her. Whether it was a routine check-up, vaccination, or a sudden problem, she was always available, took her time, and never made us feel like we were bothering her. We could call anytime, and she always responded calmly and with understanding. No matter which of our dogs we brought in, she cared for each animal with love and patience. You can immediately tell that she's passionate about her work and that the animals' well-being is truly her top priority. Our vet for years has been someone who truly goes above and beyond and has a heart of gold. We took our cat Findus to this veterinary practice for neutering and couldn't be happier. From the very first moment, we felt we were in excellent hands. The staff is incredibly friendly and empathetic, and they took plenty of time to answer all our questions and explain the procedures clearly. The operation went absolutely smoothly, and we were informed immediately afterward about how everything had gone. We especially appreciated how lovingly Findus was treated – you can tell right away that they work with heart and genuine love for animals. The aftercare was also outstanding: We received clear instructions for home care and always knew who to contact if we had any questions. Findus recovered quickly, which is certainly also thanks to the professional care.
