Reviews
A super friendly team, they treat both people and animals with absolute reliability and are always helpful. They usually provide quick help and good advice over the phone, too! I highly recommend them. Our cat loves going there.
Excellent practice. Ms. Schweer has been treating my cats for years, as well as all the strays we care for on our property. She is always helpful and provides competent treatment, both professionally and personally. Many thanks to Ms. Schweer and Ms. Sander. Highly recommended.
I'm very satisfied with this veterinary practice. Appointments are available, so there are no long waits. I'm used to it. The atmosphere is always very calm. I really like how the two ladies, Ms. Schweer and Ms. Sander, treat my old "spot." They are friendly to both animals and people. I highly recommend this practice. I also really like the location!
I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Schweer veterinary practice in Schladen for the first time, and I am extremely pleased with my experience. From the very beginning, I felt warmly welcomed. Ms. Sander was exceptionally competent and friendly. She took the time to answer my questions and explain the various treatment options for my cat, Luna. Her expertise was impressive, and I immediately felt that my cat was in the best possible hands. The practice itself is impeccably clean and well-organized, which further reinforced my confidence in the quality of care my cat received. I wholeheartedly recommend the Schweer veterinary practice in Schladen. If you are looking for a professional, friendly, and caring veterinary team, this is the place for you. Thank you so much for taking such good care of Luna! We will definitely be back.
I took my dog to this veterinary practice today for her vaccinations and to have her anal glands expressed. The vet was friendly and initially seemed competent. I've had my dog for over seven years. For about two years now, her anal glands have needed to be expressed regularly. We usually go to a different vet for this. My dog is very resilient and has never had any major problems with anal gland expression there. While she never found it pleasant, she never screamed, squealed, or tried to escape in such a panicked way as she did this time. After the visit, my dog was extremely frightened and didn't even want to get out of her carrier. She seemed completely insecure and emotionally distressed. Seeing this behavior was just as awful for her as it was for me. That same afternoon/evening, she even became defensive towards me and tried to bite my back when I touched her—something that has never happened before in all these years. It's very difficult to see your own dog in this state. My greatest concern is for her and the hope that she will fully recover from this experience. At the same time, I am worried that this appointment could have a lasting impact on her trust in the vet and future visits. For this reason, I will not be going back to this practice.
