It's good that you learned from my situation! I'm never going there again, and apparently my review was deleted. My dog had to be put down in 2022, and it was a complete disaster! Sensitive? They told me 164 euros for 20 euros, and they pressed the box containing my dog into my arms. The doctor didn't even say goodbye. I'll never forget that, and it's still on my mind after all this time. No apologies, nothing! Terrible.
