We have felt very well cared for and looked after by Ms. Lütgens for years; she is easily accessible, her prices are fair and transparent, and she is absolutely reliable. Her broad range of knowledge and treatments is particularly impressive; despite seeing several other doctors, she was the only one who made the correct diagnoses and was able to treat them effectively.
We felt very well understood. Both the doctor and the receptionist were very kind and empathetic. They didn't try any unnecessary procedures to inflate the costs. We felt genuine sympathy from both of them because it was better for our Yuki to let her go. Absolutely wonderful. Many thanks again from the Hensel family.
