I want to share my very positive experience. My dog suddenly went into severe pain the day before Easter Sunday. He cried and walked hunched over for a whole hour. I was terrified and didn't know what was wrong with him. At that moment, I truly thought I was going to lose him. 😭 While searching for an emergency veterinarian online, I came across Dr. Diana Heuser – and I am incredibly grateful for that. She is an extremely competent and empathetic veterinarian. She took a lot of time, explained everything clearly, and handled the situation very calmly and professionally. Great practice, friendly nurses, the doctor is confident and handles cats well 🐱, and what I found fantastic was that I booked at 5 pm and was seen shortly after, even though many pet owners were waiting. That's not the case elsewhere.
