Great practice, friendly nurses, the doctor is confident and handles cats well 🐱, and what I found fantastic was that I booked at 5 pm and was seen shortly after, even though many pet owners were waiting. That's not the case elsewhere.

A beautiful, clean, and tidy practice with very caring and competent staff. Everything is explained, the interaction with patients and owners is friendly, and they take their time and explain everything. Years ago, our dog was hit by a car early in the morning on Good Friday. Dr. Heuser treated her in her pajamas, so selflessly. Another hysterectomy, not an immediate emergency, was able to operate the following day. Dr. Luise Kultscher provided wonderful care. The aftercare was perfect. The dog is doing well. We enjoy coming here, even if it's not the closest thing to a hospital for us. I really don't understand the bad reviews. The team there does outstanding work and is always friendly. Better than my family doctor for me, maybe I can become a patient too?! Best regards

Ms. Heuser is great. However, her assistant is very unfriendly. It starts right from the phone call. I've never experienced such rudeness. She belittles you and constantly criticizes you, making accusations that are completely unhelpful in this situation. I'm very disappointed. Unfortunately, Ms. Heuser isn't to blame. She does her job very well. I find it a real shame.
