Very friendly people. They gave very good care. They don't speak English though. Parking spaces opposite side of the road. Easy place to get to even with a motorhome.

Because of my Chihuahua's anal gland issues, I had to visit this veterinary practice three times. During the third visit, I was even encouraged to schedule a fourth appointment. For me, this is simply unacceptable – especially since the actual problem was only addressed and resolved in a one-sided way. I got the impression that they don't work sustainably or holistically, but rather in the short term – resulting in frequent follow-up appointments. I find this not only stressful for my pet, but also unnecessarily time-consuming and expensive. In addition, time pressure was repeatedly mentioned during the examinations, which was clearly reflected in the treatment. A thorough, calm, and conscientious examination looks quite different to me. Especially with sensitive issues like a pet's health problems, I expect more attention and professionalism. For these reasons, I have made a clear decision: I will not visit this practice again and definitely cannot recommend it. My conclusion is unequivocal: No recommendation – and I will not be visiting them again.

🐾 A little prick, big happiness! 🦴 Our Laima had her very first vet visit today – and what can I say? She was simply a little hero! 🌟 Confident, curious, and completely relaxed. When the first visit goes this well, the foundation for a fear-free life for our dog is laid. In a very difficult situation, we received immediate help – calm, competent, and with so much heart. The veterinarian and the entire team are incredibly friendly, empathetic, and professional. You can immediately tell that they not only work at the highest technical level, but that the animals' well-being is truly their top priority. Our dog received excellent care, and we were always given clear, honest, and calm explanations. We were particularly impressed by the helpfulness and trust shown to us. This is exactly the kind of medical care you want – humane, competent, and with genuine compassion. Many, many thanks to the entire team. For us, it's clear: This is our veterinary practice for the future.
