Dr. Gräfe is a very kind and empathetic vet. It's obvious she cares a great deal about the animals and loves her job. Highly recommended! In more detail: She's one of the very few who was not only willing to see my rat boys but did everything in her might to help them. Due to a chronic condition of one of my mischiefs I went there nearly every two weeks for over two years. She saved my little boys' lives more than I can count, twice through successful and skillfully executed surgery on two of my older rats. Dr. Gräfe is honest and actually listens to observations I made, concerns I have and tries to answer them to the best of her ability. She doesn't recommend unnecessary procedures, medicines or other products. More than once she was willing to stay after hours or see my boys during her lunch break because of an emergency.
Dr Gräfe is excellent and highly competent. She saved our dog’s life. We continue to visit her for follow up care and are grateful for her 30 years of experience.
