I recommend the clinic to all my friends and clients. Our 5 cats have already been taken care of by Dr Andrea and I am always grateful for the affection and attention they receive (humans too!). We are always promptly answered by email (we don't speak German yet) and all procedures and treatments are very well explained. All diagnoses were always accurate. Prices are fair. Great location. They are very responsible with the appointments, they are never late.

We've been coming to this vet for four months after our dog became paralyzed. We've mostly seen Andrea because unfortunately my German is not great and he speaks English. But we've seen a couple of the other vets as well and have always been able to communicate. We're super grateful! Andrea is so optimistic and helpful! We always feel encouraged after a visit and our dog loves coming to the vet because he knows he will get some pets and treats. They helped us get through the worst of an infected abscess that our dog had gotten after surgery and they have always been so considerate of the price and giving us cheaper options to help our dog. So glad we found them.

I'm very happy to have spayed and neutered my cats here. Both cats recovered fast, and overall, they made a great job! Answered all my questions and gave me medication and a bodysuit for my female cat. While I was in the waiting room, all the other owners spoke greatly of past experiences with this clinic. I'm glad to have found them

Our initial experience at this practice, with Nora, my kitten, was genuinely fulfilling. I am impressed by the team's high level of professionalism and friendliness. Dr. Andrea was very caring toward Nora and addressed all my questions and concerns with great patience and a positive attitude. The nurses demonstrated lots of kindness, care, and patience as well. This was my first vet appointment. Dr. Russo was super nice and gentle with my puppy, and answered my questions very helpfully. However, I was honestly surprised by the prices, I paid 100€ for a checkup and a vaccination. I haven't checked other vets so this could very well be the standard though.
