The entire process was paperless—even for first-time visitors—which was very convenient. Just make sure to complete all required details before your visit. Invoices, diagnoses, and appointment reminders are conveniently sent via email, which is a great feature. Also worth mentioning: the app is very user-friendly and easy to navigate.

My dog recently had a neutering procedure, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Lead surgeon Enrico Roberto was exceptional — professional, calm, and genuinely caring toward both my dog and me as a worried owner. From the first consultation to post-op, we felt completely looked after every step of the way. Can highlight recommend this clinic to anyone who wants their pet in truly good hands.

The team were fantastic from start to finish, and were more than happy (in fact defaulted!) to speak English which made the whole visit that little bit less stressful. The clinic was spotless and well thought out. The Vet and assistant were also gentle and calm with my anxious cat, who also had a more enjoyable visit than usual! The separate waiting room for cats and dogs was also a wonderful touch. Very grateful to find a great vet.

I came with my cat the other day and everything went perfectly. The clinic looks nice, the staff was very friendly, what was important to me is that I could speak English with everybody. Even my cat (normally terrified of vet visits) was calm in the hands of the vets. We both felt very well treated, thank you!!
