Dear Anne, I don't even know where to begin. We moved here five years ago. Initially, we went to a different vet (we won't go into detail 😂). Luckily, Thorsten recommended your practice, and we switched to you. What can I say? You're so wonderful. Barney loves you with all his heart, even though we always have some worries. You're so empathetic to people and animals that no one can ever stay mad at you for long, whether it's just a small injection or a surgery. We always enjoy coming to you, and Barney too.
