Ms. Haberer is simply wonderful. You immediately notice how lovingly and patiently she handles the animals. She has a keen sense for their needs and creates a calm, friendly atmosphere – for both the animals and the people. Even if you arrive a little late, you'll be greeted warmly, without any stress or criticism. This makes it all the more motivating to be on time next time.
