Dr. Sabine it's a very talented professional. My dog it's not so friendly with needles and the Dr. managed to take a blood sample in a very quick and effective way with a help of the amazing staff. They can speak English and are very friendly. I will definitely bring my dog here always.

I love this vet clinic! My dog is a customer for 3.5 years and even we moved in the other part of Munch - we still come here 😊 it is a big sign! Doctors are always nice and helpful. 10/10 service 👌🏻 I always go out with satisfaction about the appointment and treatment. Apart from normal check ups and vaccination, my dog had operation and it went very good in terms of: initial preparation, tests, operation itself, care after the anaesthesia and check ups. Very recommend this clinic for your pet if you are looking for one 😉 P.S. they speak perfect English

Excellent, friendly, helpful and professional service! It is the best vet clinic I have ever visited in Germany! From the nurse to Doctor, they are all very kind and professional. My dog loves going there much as he has been treated as a VIP😜😜! They care what he needs, listen carefully to my concern and investigate detailed to his condition! Even I could not make an appointment, the nurse asked me to come and wait! When I arrived in clinic, the nurse gave a cool towel to my dog snd put in on his back! So sweet of her! You can find their passion and love to animal! They just treat them as the way as owner do! I especially thanks Dr Helena snd Sabine, they are very kind and professional ! The appointment system was very organized and communication by email was clear and responsive. We received replies quickly, which was very helpful while preparing our dog’s travel documents. The staff and veterinarians were all very kind, caring, and genuinely animal-loving. They had excellent service-minded attitudes and took the time to help review the travel documents for our dog carefully. We felt very well taken care of throughout the process.

I took my kittens to get neutered there because our previous vet had too long waiting list. The staff allowed us to book an appointment even though the kittens never been to there clinic before, she said that’s because they’re male kittens. Staffs and doctor are professional and nice. They speak english pretty well. My kittens received good care from the clinic.
