Poor experience. We are traveling abroad for 6+ months and I made an appt to get a biopsy on some new masses I found on my dog. He gets them frequently and they are usually just fatty tissue but our vet does a small biopsy and then looks at them under a microscope. I only speak english and made that clear at the time of making the appointment (which I did in person to make sure the vet and myself were on the same page for the actual appt). Arrive today and they only take EC card or cash so I said I would need to go back to my apartment to get euros and wanted to know the cost of service for an exam fee, and the biopsy. She gave me a huge range and said they didn't know. There was a language barrier between myself and the tech, and I know I am the ignorant one for not speaking German but I was just trying to understand the cost of each service because the high end range she gave me is significantly more than what we usually pay for this. She started mentioning operation and anesthesia which made me feel like we were on completely different pages. Finally the vet came in and I asked if she could just breakdown the cost of each service and she again, gave me a huge range. She turned extremely rude extremely quick when I explained I didn't understand the large range and she still could not give me any sort of concrete numbers for the visit. I started packing up our things because it became very tense and she proceeded to tell me just to go elsewhere. Very rude, poor customer service when all I was asking was the cost of the service.

Great experience at the vet! The friendly doctor and staff, who also speak English, made it easy to communicate about critical matters for Salmon, our cat. Dr. Sacher handled Salmon with care. 👍🏽
Friendly and caring staff. English speakers, too 👍 🇬🇧 My dog has stopped scratching - she has an allergy; the medication 💊 worked almost immediately. I would highly recommend this vet 👌 👍
Definitely a 10/10! Here you get exactly what you could wish for as a pet owner: an experienced veterinarian who cares equally about both the animal and the owner. She takes her time and explains everything so clearly that even a layperson can understand. The treatment is very empathetic and competent. These days, veterinarians like this are a rare find. I'm so glad I found this vet for my dog.
