A wonderful, friendly, and competent practice team. Luckily for me and my guinea pigs, I found Dr. Ruf to be a knowledgeable veterinarian who is extremely knowledgeable about guinea pigs and even owns some herself! 🙏

I knew Diana Ruf as extremely knowledgeable in the pet sector and had originally only asked her for a veterinarian recommendation for dogs, not expecting her to solve our long-standing problem, give us a diagnosis, and end my dog's ordeal. Diana Ruf asked me the right questions, took an enormous amount of time, went through my dog's entire years-long history, and referred us to a top internist at a veterinary clinic for final diagnosis confirmation. Six previous veterinarians had only treated the symptoms and repeatedly injected antibiotics. For my dog, eating was a necessary evil; she was usually borderline underweight. Now, she has been doing well for over four years. She is finally at a normal weight, no longer avoids food, and is no longer constantly vomiting and prone to infections. In short, thanks to Diana Ruf, she is finally doing well. However, we will have to take medication for life. Even when I wanted to try to taper it off, Diana Ruf's assessment was correct: I could try, but my dog ​​would probably need it. I'm glad to have found such a competent veterinarian and would drive the long way to see her again.

The Ruf veterinary practice is simply outstanding in every way. I'm extremely satisfied; my dog ​​is very relaxed during all treatments, whereas with other vets it was more like a wrestling match, here everything happens calmly and harmoniously. A heartfelt thank you to the whole team – you're fantastic!

Always available and very competent. We've been taking our furry friends (Tommy the cat, 17, and Fritzi the cat, 15) to this practice for a long time. Everyone treats cats and their owners with loving care. Definitely recommended. And the new practice rooms are bright, airy, and furnished with great attention to detail. Unfortunately, at the end of February, we had to say goodbye to our beloved Tommy, who crossed the Rainbow Bridge with heavy hearts. Once again, Dr. Ruf, Edith, and Ms. Haupt were there for us during this difficult time, supporting us, providing information, giving us time, and offering comfort. Thank you again for that. We will continue to bring Fritzi for her annual check-up and hope to have many more wonderful years with her, as she is now approaching the ripe old age of 16. Sadly, in October, we also had to have our little Fritzi put to sleep. We thank the veterinary practice for their support. Thank you so much!
