Whether it's my dog, cat, rabbits, chickens, ducks, my tortoise, or even the hedgehogs in my garden… with so many animals, I constantly need good and reliable veterinarians, and I'm always in good hands at the Jobsky practice in Penzberg! I feel my animals are well cared for there, and I really appreciate that they (whether the owners, Stephan and Nadja, or the two employed veterinarians, Tamara and Larissa) take their time, provide loving and expert care, and explain everything to me, the owner, in detail. The daily opening hours (except Saturdays) are also great, and in an emergency, you can always reach someone and get help! Thank you to Stephan and Nadja, as well as Tamara and Larissa, for your dedication and your heart for animals and people! And of course, thank you to Meli for keeping everything organized and efficient.

Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with this veterinary practice. I brought my cat in for neutering, but he was mistakenly identified as a female. As a result, his abdomen was cut open before the error was noticed. In my opinion, this mistake should have been identified before the procedure. My cat suffered greatly after the operation and was very ill, which was extremely distressing for me. I found it particularly disappointing that I had to pay for the treatment in full despite this serious error. I expect a high level of care, expertise, and responsibility from a veterinary practice—especially when it comes to surgical procedures. Unfortunately, I felt neither well cared for nor taken seriously here. For this reason, I cannot recommend this practice.
