A very friendly, competent, and empathetic team. We brought our cat in because of an infected bite wound. Dr. Sahrun and his veterinary assistant handled our fussy cat with great care and were able to help quickly. Even though our cat doesn't show it, we feel very comfortable there.

Today, shortly before 7 pm, I noticed that our premature chick from Sunday (a runner duck, the egg was unfortunately trampled) was completely lethargic. I jumped in the car and started calling around to find out who does chick hatching. Two vets said no, they didn't, if anything, I'd suggest trying Penzberg. So I quickly rang the bell and we were seen right away. The examination and IV were unfortunately too late for the chick. But it was wonderful to experience that there are still vets who actually open their doors after opening hours. And they immediately took loving care of the little one. For an owner who had never been there before. Conclusion: a vet I'll definitely go back to (hopefully I won't need one anytime soon), but if I do, it will be here. I was prepared for anything when I rang the bell – a discussion, "blah blah," being too late, etc. – for everything. But certainly not for such a warm and welcoming team. Thank you so, so much!

They not only possess incredible expertise but also genuine compassion for animals and their owners. No matter how stressful a situation was, they always had a listening ear, remained calm, and showed understanding. My cat Pete was remarkably relaxed during every visit, which speaks volumes about the loving care they provide. When it was finally time to let him go, they even came to our home. This compassionate support meant the world to us – Pete was able to fall asleep peacefully in his familiar surroundings, completely stress-free. ❤️ Thank you to the entire team for everything you do – with heart, mind, and compassion. About 1.5 to 2 years ago, I switched my Yorkshire Terrier, Susi, to Dr. Saruhn's veterinary practice, and I've had nothing but the best experiences ever since. At the time, she was suffering from a severe cough, and I thought it might be a tracheal collapse. But Dr. Saruhn had a different suspicion, and he was right. After a long course of treatment, Susi was feeling much better. She's already an old lady, over 15 years old, but thanks to Dr. Saruhn's practice and his very friendly team, we're always able to find a good solution for Susi. The entire team, without exception, does a fantastic job. The animals, in our case a 13-year-old male Dutch Kooikerhondje, are treated with great empathy and care. Sahrun and his team had to perform an enucleation (removal of the eyeball) due to a sarcoma on the nictitating membrane of the left eye. The aftercare was also carried out with care and great compassion. For us, Sahrun and his team are the first choice for veterinarians.
