Dear Sir/Madam, unfortunately there was a misunderstanding during my call, which is why I wasn't aware of some things about this practice. I would like to sincerely apologize again to the staff for the inconvenience and the misunderstanding. I was simply stressed because my little dog is really unwell and I'm worried sick. Once again, I am very sorry for the misunderstanding. Sincerely,

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with this veterinarian. I brought my 19-month-old dwarf hamster in with acute respiratory distress and obvious weakness. Pneumonia was suspected, a suspicion the vet also mentioned. Despite my pet's very poor condition (after the examination, it lay exhausted on its stomach and barely moved), no antibiotic was administered, on the grounds that they didn't have any in stock. Instead, I was offered only homeopathic remedies. I contacted another practice myself, which would have had the necessary antibiotic immediately available and would have given it to me with a prescription or a short note – however, this was refused by the vet. A referral or alternative solution was also not offered. I paid €65 for the examination without my pet receiving any effective help. Only through my own initiative was I able to obtain the urgently needed medication at another practice on the same day. Especially with such small and weakened animals, every hour counts. I felt neither adequately advised nor supported in this situation and would not recommend this practice for the treatment of pets with serious illnesses.

We've been there a few times with our little dwarf hamster, Schnuppi. Last year she had a stuck-shut eye. The vet and her assistant are incredibly kind. They handled Schnuppi very gently and helped us quickly. Today we went to have her nails trimmed, and it was super fast. I'm more than satisfied. They help very quickly with any problems. Thank you so much!

I've been taking my Labrador, Fritzchen, to Dr. Kallert for several years now. I've personally found her to be very thorough and competent. Problems that could have developed into serious issues were identified, treated, and resolved early on. Her assistant is highly motivated, equally competent, and friendly. Even my dog enjoys going to the vet's office. And that's saying something! :-)

We've been going to Dr. Kallert and her team for over 10 years (rats, hamsters, rabbits, cats). We've experienced a lot with our cats – from injuries from playing outside to acute illnesses like colds, and even long-term problems like heart disease. Dr. Kallert works extremely thoroughly and conscientiously, so you can always be sure that all necessary examinations are carried out and the appropriate treatment is chosen based on the results. She always takes a close look, asks about the progress and well-being of the animals, and adjusts the therapy as needed. She always has a sympathetic ear and is always friendly and respectful. The same goes for her assistants. I've never felt like I wasn't taken seriously – even with the smallest ailments. When I leave the practice, I know that no hidden illness or injury has been overlooked and that my furry friend is receiving the best possible care. 🐾 Absolutely recommended for anyone who wants their pet to receive the best possible care!!
