I have complete trust in Ms. Volbracht's practice and her team, and this has been the case with my third dog. I always feel well-advised and in good hands. Furthermore, I find the option of homeopathic treatment very valuable – it provides good alternatives, and my dog ​​Toffy enjoys excellent health.

We visited the practice today for the first time with Fiete, our 8-month-old Maltese/Havanese mix. This is exactly what we imagined a veterinary practice to be like. With an appointment, there's almost no wait time, a very friendly receptionist, and Dr. Volbracht is simply fantastic. She took so much time and gave us lots of helpful tips. Thank you for that. The staff member in the consulting room was also incredibly helpful. We'd love to come back and highly recommend the practice.

I've been taking my dog ​​Buffy to Dr. Volbracht for several years now and am extremely satisfied. Besides her excellent professional competence, I find the smooth workflow with minimal, if any, waiting times outstanding. No stress from a crowded waiting room. Appointments are always available very quickly. Dr. Volbracht takes her time with her animal patients, answers questions, and offers helpful advice. My dog ​​has arthritis and is being treated with Librela on her recommendation, and I'm so grateful for that! 😃 The staff are incredibly friendly and always helpful, and when time allows, they even have a personal chat, which I personally find very pleasant.
