Tierarztpraxis Dr. H. Böckmann

It was my first time there with my cat and I felt I received very good advice. Dr. Böckmann took his time and, together with the assistant, lovingly cared for my cat. The price for the treatment was reasonable.

We've been taking our cats to Dr. Böckmann for some time now and are very satisfied. It's usually easy to get an appointment, and the doctor is very dedicated and friendly. Dr. Böckmann is very gentle with the animals, patiently explains everything to us owners, and is always happy to answer our questions.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. They used to be our absolute favorite veterinarian in Duisburg, and we'd been customers for over 20 years with various animals. But now my mother was refused treatment for her cat, with the explanation that she hadn't been there in too long. And this despite pointing out the cat's less-than-ideal condition. So, it seems you have a problem if your pet is healthy. It's a shame; we were always very satisfied before.

I've been there twice now with my parents' cat. Dr. Böckmann was very relaxed and gentle with our cat, and explained everything well. Schnupsi and I felt very comfortable. The practice team is also super nice; everyone is relaxed and stressed, which I think has a positive effect on the animals.

Even in difficult times, he was always very compassionate, and you could say goodbye to your pet properly. Dr. Böckmann is always friendly, kind, and very competent. The same goes for his team. You can always get an appointment at his practice at short notice, which is very rare these days. You feel like your pet is in very good hands here. I can only say, his practice is highly recommended!
