Dear pet owners, avoid this practice. I've had nothing but bad experiences there in the last five months. "People first, then animals," the vet told us in a veterinary practice. I could list many more examples.

We've been going to Dr. Janosch-Lindner for many years and are always thrilled and so glad to have found such a wonderful and dedicated veterinarian! She is incredibly competent and understanding. Especially during a difficult time, she supported us and our dog with so much empathy, patience, and honesty that we are very grateful. Whether for acute or chronic issues, she takes ample time, listens carefully, and explains everything clearly. She and her team treat our dog with loving care, and we feel very comfortable and truly valued. Simply wonderful – both personally and professionally. My first visit with Romeo couldn't have gone better. We felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. The two veterinarians are incredibly empathetic, calm, and loving in their interactions with the animal – a huge plus, especially for a first visit. They took plenty of time, explained everything clearly, and addressed my dog ​​and my questions individually. You can immediately tell that the animals' well-being is truly important to them. What particularly touched me was that even though the veterinarian had already finished for the day, she called me back to help and answer any remaining questions. This is absolutely exceptional and demonstrates how dedicated, caring, and responsible the practice is. I'm so glad I found this practice and feel that Romeo and I are in excellent hands there. I would like to share my experience with this veterinary practice. On Saturday, October 11th, my dog ​​D. was bitten. He was brought in as an emergency case. Despite his very noticeable breathing difficulties, the attending veterinarian did not X-ray him and simply stapled his bite wound. He was only given medication until Monday and no information was provided about whether he would need further medication or follow-up treatment. He was simply told to bring him back to the vet if his breathing worsened. On Monday, I went back to the practice because I was worried about D.'s condition. There, he was examined by Ms. Janosch-Lindner, who immediately recognized that D. had a hole in his chest and took an X-ray. Unfortunately, he had developed an undetected pneumothorax on Saturday, which was filling up with wound fluid due to the staples. Ms. Janosch-Lindner immediately referred him to a specialist practice, requesting that he be operated on immediately. D. underwent emergency surgery immediately on Monday evening, October 13th. Without this surgery, he would have suffocated. I am absolutely baffled and speechless that the first doctor at the practice could have overlooked his serious injury. The practice also expressed their shock to me. My sincere thanks go to Ms. Janosch-Lindner, who acted professionally and immediately, even though D. was already feeling slightly better on Monday. Without her, he would be dead now. The doctor who operated on D. said the surgery was very complex because so much air had escaped from his chest cavity, as he wasn't diagnosed until Monday. Every day later would have been even more critical. According to him, the severity of a dog bite can only be accurately determined with an X-ray. I probably won't go back to the practice, as I'm too afraid of seeing the older doctor again, and the shock is still very deep. Thankfully, D. is doing well again and survived. He really means everything to me and the experience was truly terrible for my whole family, D. and me.
