I must warn others about this practice: Ms. Müller is very nice, but her assistant is extremely distracted – my dog ​​would have received the wrong vaccination today if I hadn't been paying attention. Look at the picture – how inattentive must a woman be not to see the top line? I had booked an appointment for a rabies vaccination a week in advance. Instead, the woman was administering a vaccination the dog already had. The stickers were already in the passport, and the syringes were lying on the examination table. This should not happen.

Excellent veterinary practice. I haven't been going there long with my two cats. Ms. Müller and her team are very loving with the animals, highly competent, and helpful. Thumbs up!

For me, Dr. Müller is the best veterinarian. She has always helped our cats with so much warmth and love. She always takes the time to find the cause of the problem and help them. She explains everything in detail, and you can always drop by, even when the waiting room is full. She even helped me by treating a stray cat I found with an injured eye free of charge, performing two surgeries, and then finding it a loving home. I was so happy and speechless. A veterinarian in Meißen wanted to charge me a lot of money for the same service, which I could never have afforded. So, I highly recommend Dr. Müller to every pet owner. Her assistants are also so kind and welcoming...it couldn't be better.

Our request to Ms. Müller was unfortunately not a pleasant one. We had to say goodbye to our beloved cat, Buddy. She was the only veterinarian who came to our home to spare Buddy the final journey. No other veterinarian in the area was willing to help us. And she had quite a drive to Radebeul Naundorf. We were able to get an appointment for the very next day at a convenient time for both of us. She exudes a great deal of calm and was very friendly. Very empathetic and understanding. She explained every step, even to our children, and answered all our questions calmly and without stress. This allowed our Buddy to begin his final journey in his favorite spot, surrounded by his loved ones. We are very grateful to Ms. Müller for her service. All the best to you!
