I can’t recommend this vet enough. They’ve been taking care of my dachshund since he was just 3 months old, and throughout this time they’ve consistently been professional, caring, and incredibly reliable. As an expat, it also means a lot that they are so friendly and accommodating—communication has always been smooth and reassuring. What really stood out was an emergency situation I had recently. I lost my dog’s passport at the worst possible moment and needed a replacement urgently. They were able to quickly read his microchip, access all his vaccination records from their system, and issue a new passport without any stress. It honestly saved me in a very stressful situation. My dog ​​is very afraid of veterinarians and immediately pees on the table and growls. Dr. Henkel always treats him completely on the floor and was even allowed to examine his paw. We also manage vaccinations very well this way. I'm very impressed with him and glad that my dog ​​is treated so well. We feel very well cared for. Many questions are answered quickly, and I'm not prescribed unnecessary tests or medications.
