Not sure about prices in Germany for veterinary service as it was first time visiting veterinary. For me it was too expensive, but anyway 5 stars for kindness and supportiveness of the ladies working here. They explained everything to very details and answered all questions.
We recently got a puppy and visited this place twice. I can only say positive things about this place. 1. He is very nice and he explained everything in the best possible way. 2. He can speak English with us for the explanations. This is important to us because our German is not very good at the moment. 3. Working hours is great for many people. You can take your pet right after work or maybe even visit him on Saturday. If we really try hard to find an improvement for this place, that could be to accept Visa or Mastercard because we do not have an EC Karte.
Everyone who works here is very kind, and they genuinely care a lot about animals here (and not about how much money can be made off a single patient). Can only reccomend to other pet owners
One of my cats passed away being run over by a car. Dr. Böck was very nice and showed empathy in the way he helped us understand the cremation options. I am taking my cat to him for the next checks and tests.
