The initial impression of the veterinary practice isn't typical Munich fare and is more reminiscent of a rural clinic. However, Dr. Bsiso's expertise is exactly what I expect from a top-notch veterinarian. She has the patience to attend to each animal individually and understand their needs. Because of this, there can sometimes be longer waiting times, but they are well worth the wait. She is highly competent and also has the ability to clearly explain any situation to owners, even those without any prior knowledge. Furthermore, this practice doesn't engage in the common practice of prescribing one or two medications (for cost reasons...). Since I've known Dr. Bsiso, she has been our first choice when it comes to our animals!
I can only speak positively about Ms. Bsiso and her comfortable practice. I went to her with my dog for over 10 years, and now again with my puppy. She takes exactly the time each animal needs. The best vet I know; for once, the animal is her top priority. And not just profit. TOP ***** I highly recommend it!!!
After trying so many vet clinics, She was the only doctor who took us in when we needed an urgent check up for our kitten in spite of her closing hours. She is very friendly and our kittens love her now. Would always recommend. :)

I've been taking my animals to Dr. Bsiso since childhood, and I can say with complete conviction that I couldn't imagine a better veterinarian. Whether it's a mouse, guinea pig, rabbit, cat, or dog, she has always cared for each of my animals with great care and empathy. I find it particularly impressive how much time she dedicates to each individual animal. She listens, answers questions, and explains everything clearly. My animals also sense this calm and attentiveness, which always makes visits to her a pleasant experience. Although I no longer live in Munich, I gladly make the long journey because I know my animals are in the best hands with Dr. Bsiso. I have been completely satisfied for years and can wholeheartedly recommend her.
