Highly recommended practice! They're compassionate, take their time, don't have long wait times, and are passionate about their work! The practice has already treated three of our animals, provided medical support, and has always been there to help and advise us! For us, there's no better veterinary practice!

Very disappointing. Apparently, you get no help here – not even in an emergency. They simply don't accept new patients, even when it's about an animal's welfare. In such a situation, you'd expect at least some support, a referral, or a minimum of compassion. Unfortunately, this behavior seems completely incompatible with a profession that should be about helping and taking responsibility.

My dog, Oskar, and I spent almost 12 years with Dr. Burger and her wonderful staff. We were always well looked after. They always listened to our pet owners' concerns and needs, and my very special dog 😂 was always treated very well. In February, at the age of 14.5, he sadly had to begin his journey to heaven. We were lovingly supported from the moment we made the decision right up until the very last day. Thanks to Dr. Burger, we were able to give him the most wonderful farewell anyone could wish for in such a situation. He was able to fall asleep peacefully at home surrounded by his loved ones. Thank you so much for your wonderful care from the first day to the last. You are the best!

A doctor you can trust! We moved to Ramersdorf, but we're not afraid to make the journey. Nothing is imposed on us here. Dr. Burger always listens, is patient, and is always super friendly to us and super sweet to our dogs! A big shout-out to her assistant, Ms. Hoffmann! We've even been called several times by Dr. Burger asking about the condition of our four-legged friends after their treatment. That's worth its weight in gold!
