I took my dog Oskar to Dr. Burger and her wonderful assistant for almost 12 years. We were always in excellent hands. They were always there to listen to the concerns and worries of us pet owners, and my rather special dog 😂 was always treated with the utmost care. Sadly, in February, at the age of 14.5, he had to pass away. We were lovingly supported from the moment we made the decision until the day he left us. Thanks to Dr. Burger, we were able to give him the most beautiful farewell one could wish for in such a situation. He was able to fall asleep peacefully at home surrounded by his loved ones. Thank you so much for your wonderful care from the first day to the last. You are the best!

Very disappointing. Apparently, you get no help here – not even in an emergency. They simply don't accept new patients, even when it's about an animal's welfare. In such a situation, you'd expect at least some support, a referral, or a minimum of compassion. Unfortunately, this behavior seems completely incompatible with a profession that should be about helping and taking responsibility.
