Dr. de Rossi is amazing! She has taken care of our 2 boys (cats) for years, starting from tiny sickly kittens, and always makes us - and them - feel well cared for and welcome. She continues to support and care for the after over 9 years!

I brought my kitten here for a spay surgery, and it was a terrible experience. They asked if we wanted an ear tattoo to indicate that she was spayed. Since we weren’t familiar with what that actually was, we agreed. After the surgery, her ear was covered in blood. No explanation, no proper aftercare instructions. The vet just told us to clean it with water. At home, we found the inside of her ear was completely stained with black dye, some of it deep in the ear canal, and impossible to fully remove. This shows a shocking lack of professionalism and care. I seriously question the way animals are treated at this clinic.
