Dr. Von Kriegsheim is incredibly competent (our dog had to go there for a major operation), very friendly, and she always takes plenty of time for questions, even during routine vaccination appointments, and treats the animals with great care. Highly recommended! :)

Great place. I was welcomed from the first time. I don't really speak Deustch and everyone go out of their way to try to communicate with me. The vet (Dr. von Kriegsheim) speaks very good English and is very good with my dog. I have a Hungarian Viszla, he is quite anxious in the vet, but there everyone is kind to him, they offer treats to him (with my concent) to calm him, etc. I would recommend the service! Thank you.

I took my cat to Dr. von Kriegsheim's veterinary practice for neutering and I just want to say a huge thank you to the whole team! From the first phone call to the appointment, we received a super friendly and warm welcome, everything was explained thoroughly, and the aftercare advice was clear and easy to understand. I am truly grateful to the practice and all the staff and can highly recommend them to anyone who wants their beloved pet to be in safe and loving hands! 💛💙

We've been here a few times. The staff were generally friendly with the animals. However, apart from the vet, the assistants seemed very inexperienced in handling them. Perhaps they were interns, but this caused additional stress for my animals. Both my cat and dog were given treats, even though I had explicitly asked them not to. Unfortunately, my cat even had a treat thrown into her carrier – I really wonder why anyone would do that. I also found the administration of homeopathic globules after the cat's vaccination unnecessary. Why should I give my cat sugar pills after such a stressful experience? Homeopathic globules have no medically proven benefit. Nevertheless, I had to pay for them because they were already pre-packaged for me. We've since switched to a different veterinary practice where we feel much more comfortable and our wishes and requests are respected.
