We took our French Bulldog to the Wiesenecker veterinary practice and were absolutely thrilled with the expertise of the entire team. At our first appointment, the puppy consultation, we were seen by Mr. Wiesenecker and an experienced colleague. The consultation was excellent – ​​we received a wealth of helpful and well-founded tips for our puppy, which proved invaluable. Our second appointment, for vaccinations, with Dr. Wiesenecker and her competent staff, also went perfectly. This practice clearly takes its time with the animals. We feel we are in excellent hands at this practice and can wholeheartedly recommend the entire team!

I waited a bit to write a review, but now I'm here :D At the end of February, we had our cat Nayla spayed at the practice. The communication was perfect from start to finish. Everyone took the time to answer our questions. The spaying went perfectly and without complications. The follow-up examination was also super quick. The entire team is passionate about their work, super open, and incredibly kind to the animals, even with anxious patients—the best veterinary practice around! Thank you so much to the entire team! You're amazing! ❤️

The veterinarian made a very experienced and competent impression, and the examination seemed thorough. However, one must be comfortable with her methods. They still work strictly according to the old school. In practice, this means that the animal is calmed with a scruff hold and physically restrained on the examination table until it submits. In modern veterinary medicine and training, the scruff hold is now considered outdated and potentially damaging to the bond of trust. Anyone who values ​​gentle handling, positive reinforcement, or medical training will likely not feel comfortable here.
