The animals get greeted first, and then the humans are greeted and asked for what they brought their pets in. The docs avoid all possible stress and even get down on their knees to investigate the animals. If you have to wait you can stay outside if you want to, a sunscreen and a bench is there. You get a buzzer and if it's really hot they'll ask if someone would like something to drink. Very animal (and human) friendly and professional team!

After a quick phone call, we were able to schedule an appointment the same day. Very friendly reception, nice team. The doctor is very competent and took her time for the examination and thorough consultation. This practice is highly recommended.

You never feel like you're just being processed – quite the opposite: you're taken seriously, listened to, and given honest advice. Even without an appointment, you'll always find someone willing to listen. Our boys love coming here, which speaks volumes about the loving care they receive. A special shout-out to Dr. Pfeffer, who always has time for a smile and thinks outside the box. She treats not only the animal but also the person behind it. We were squeezed in at very short notice, and we are truly grateful for that – especially in urgent situations, you really appreciate it. Unfortunately, the subsequent experience was somewhat mixed: For what turned out to be a simple bladder infection, antibiotics were prescribed immediately, along with several other medications and a blood test, as something was flagged as "abnormal" during the check-up. In retrospect, this turned out to be simply a byproduct of the bladder infection. In total, we paid around €700 and experienced a great deal of worry and panic in the meantime, which, in hindsight, proved unnecessary. We would have appreciated more restraint, a better explanation of the findings, and calmer communication. Nevertheless, we would like to emphasize our gratitude for the quick appointment and the general willingness to help.
