We were squeezed in at very short notice, and we are truly grateful for that – especially in urgent situations, you really appreciate it. Unfortunately, the subsequent experience was somewhat mixed: For what turned out to be a simple bladder infection, antibiotics were prescribed immediately, along with several other medications and a blood test, as something was flagged as "abnormal" during the check-up. In retrospect, this turned out to be simply a byproduct of the bladder infection. In total, we paid around €700 and experienced a great deal of worry and panic in the meantime, which, in hindsight, proved unnecessary. We would have appreciated more restraint, a better explanation of the findings, and calmer communication. Nevertheless, we would like to emphasize our gratitude for the quick appointment and the general willingness to help.

A truly wonderful practice. We've been going there since 2021 and feel very well cared for. The animal's well-being is their top priority. They take their time. Everyone there is very friendly. Our concerns are always taken seriously. The waiting time is okay. Sometimes I have to wait longer, sometimes shorter.

You never feel like you're just being processed – quite the opposite: you're taken seriously, listened to, and given honest advice. Even without an appointment, you'll always find someone willing to listen. Our boys love coming here, which speaks volumes about the loving care they receive. A special shout-out to Dr. Pfeffer, who always has time for a smile and thinks outside the box. She treats not only the animal but also the person behind it. That's what makes all the difference for us. Thank you for everything! We wholeheartedly recommend them!
