We tried several veterinarians with our animals before finally finding this one. She has always helped us and, most importantly, our animals. The team has always been friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend this practice.

I took my cat to the vet because of loss of appetite and unusual behavior. A few days later, after further examinations at an animal hospital, the initial assessment of the cause proved to be incorrect. I would have appreciated more open communication regarding the diagnostic uncertainties. Therefore, my review remains critical, even though other pet owners have undoubtedly had positive experiences there.

I would give zero stars if I could. Unfortunately, I had to take my little one to this practice and subject her to a horrific experience during her final days. As a supposed veterinarian, this woman lacks any compassion, empathy, or care. I had to listen to her laughing loudly as she told me she was going to euthanize my little one. I wasn't even allowed to see her one last time. The fact that someone laughs at death is beyond words.

I switched to Dr. Mähler in September 2025 and am very impressed with her and her team. Dr. Mähler is a very experienced and competent veterinarian who, when necessary, speaks her mind. I can handle that very well when it's for the animals' well-being. After our previous veterinarian from Walldorf shamefully and extremely disappointingly let us down regarding the promised home euthanasia for our Labrador, it was important to us to have someone for our second dog (when the time comes) who keeps their word and who, in that painful moment, also shows the necessary empathy for both animal and owner. Dr. Mähler definitely has a heart of gold (she cares for all creatures) and I'm sure we can rely on her if our dog is ever in need. Hopefully, that won't be for a very, very long time!
