Great, I was there with my dog without appointment and close to the end of the program. They was looking over my dog very quick without waiting time. It's very nice because you can also speak in English with the vet. And it's also very competent in my opinion.

I was visiting the town and needed a quick appointment for an antibiotic injection for my cat. I reached out to Dr. Hechler via email, and she responded promptly. During the visit, she was very kind, and I will definitely return again. Reception: The staff explained everything clearly and kindly, as it was our first time there. Vet: Dr. Hechler was able to communicate in English, which was really appreciated!

We took our two cats to Dr. Ute Hechler for the first time and were completely satisfied. Although we were new clients, we were able to get an appointment very quickly. In total, we had an initial consultation and check-up, the spay/neuter surgery, and a follow-up appointment to remove the stitches. We were particularly impressed by the fact that we experienced virtually no waiting time for any of the appointments. This is especially pleasant for cats, as it saves them a lot of stress. The spay/neuter surgeries went smoothly, and the wounds healed very quickly and without complications. There were no infections or other problems. The fact that they were readily available in case of emergencies also gave us peace of mind. The entire team was friendly and competent, and we found the prices to be absolutely fair. We felt very well cared for and can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Hechler and her team. Thank you so much for the excellent care of our cats!
