I initially took my cat to this veterinary practice for a vaccination and was very satisfied at first. The team was friendly and everything went smoothly. However, a few days later I had to return because my cat suddenly started sneezing constantly and at times seemed to be having trouble breathing. I arrived at the practice around 5:30 p.m., which, according to its opening hours, is open until 6:00 p.m. Instead of receiving help, I was immediately and rudely asked why I hadn't called ahead. I was accused of having to try to get through on the phone for more than five minutes. The veterinarian was also very unfriendly. He explained that he had to attend to puppies who had a "real emergency" and treated my request accordingly. My cat wasn't even properly examined. Without looking at her closely, he claimed I was imagining her symptoms. He said there was nothing wrong with her and that she was simply trying to cough up a hairball – even though she was clearly sneezing and not gagging. Afterward, I was practically shown the door. I found the veterinarian's statement that my four-month-old cat shouldn't be fed kitten food, but rather adult food, particularly disconcerting. To my knowledge, cats of this age require specially formulated kitten food due to their growth. Since my cat's condition didn't improve, I consulted a different veterinarian the very next day. She was very surprised by the incident. It was determined that my cat was suffering from feline herpesvirus (feline rhinotracheitis), an infection, and asthma. This makes the veterinarian's statement that my cat was "perfectly fine" all the more shocking. I found this experience extremely disappointing and negligent. I've never encountered anything like it. Because of this incident, I unfortunately cannot recommend this practice and strongly advise against using it.
We visited the veterinary practice on Saturday due to an emergency. The practice is modern and clean, and the veterinarian was very friendly and competent. Our pet received quick and attentive care. We felt very well looked after there – highly recommended!
