We are currently at a nearby campsite and our 16-year-old Maltese dog had a stroke. We were able to come to the practice immediately after calling. We were received very compassionately. After an informative consultation with Dr. Pfeffer, our dog was put to sleep. Everything was explained to us in great detail and with precision, and the farewell was very dignified. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us at your practice, even though we had never been there before.

A practice with heart. From the very first moment, I felt understood and well cared for. The entire team was very empathetic, calm, and attentive – even during an emotionally difficult time for me. The veterinarian took her time, explained everything clearly, and gave my cat a very thorough examination. I am grateful for this experience and can highly recommend this practice.

In 2021, we brought a dog home from abroad. Unfortunately, we had to go through a lot right from the start, while simultaneously searching for a good veterinarian. After visiting more than four different veterinary practices and receiving many misdiagnoses, we found Dr. Pfeffer and are incredibly grateful that this veterinarian, her colleagues, and her practice exist! Our dog received a warm welcome right away. They listen carefully and really take their time. The staff are always incredibly kind and friendly. What I find incredibly valuable, however, is that if you have questions or don't understand what's happening, everything is explained in detail, including possible options, procedures, and so on. She was also the first veterinarian who recognized that many of our main problems stemmed from our dog's allergies, instead of quickly dismissing them as other illnesses and trying to force-feed her medication with a "let's see what happens." ... Especially during the critical time when our dog was diagnosed with a tumor, accompanied by some unexplained and unusual symptoms, we knew we had the support of this practice at all times (even when we had to go to the clinic). Here, you and your pet feel completely at ease! After our long search for the right veterinarian, I can emphasize one thing: it's crucial that both animal and owner feel comfortable with how, where, and what is done. (The animal, of course, is paramount.) A thousand reviews are useless if you're not satisfied for any reason. We had to learn that lesson after all this time. Thank you to the entire team for being there and for always being so warm, wonderful, and kind to our dog!
