- One hour office time twice a day!(?) - No reception or receptionist where you could ask anyone before even getting in to see the vet. - I went there yesterday twice and even before the office hour started there were at least 15-18 people with pets waiting. We had to have an urgent liver function test. There was no way to get in with min. average 15 min per patient. Had to drive back to our old vet in Dreieichenheim. The test was done. I have never seen such a disorganised veterinarian clinic. Seeing all the 5 star reviews reminds me to the old online rule that “the 5 stars are the paid reviews. Pay attention on the rest ”. And -so far- there was only one 4 star one. (?!) Trebur is crying for another vet.
Always extremely friendly, good prices, easy to park, never short on communication. Got my dog 7 years...and its the best place to take her ever since...
