Very friendly, very consistent, technically perfect, simply the best bird vet. The price is perfectly reasonable; I can highly recommend him.
A truly excellent and professional practice with a heart! We took our rooster there for treatment after all the other vets had given up on him. Dr. Bürkle and his team work with great dedication and understanding for both the animal and its owner. Our rooster is now doing well again and can fully resume his duties in the henhouse :-) Thank you again!
Based on its good reputation, I had high hopes for the practice and made an appointment. Unfortunately, the telephone contact (during opening hours) was extremely disappointing. Dr. Bürkle himself was very curt on the phone, came across as aggressive and rude. My polite inquiry was met with a curt response. This is no way to treat concerned pet owners and potential clients. As far as I'm concerned, the appointment is now off the table – professional competence doesn't justify disrespectful treatment.
NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN. I took my budgie there on a Tuesday. He wasn't feeling well. But the vet gave me hope. A swab was taken, and he said he would call me the following Friday. I received medication. So far, so good. After the first weekend, I called. A very unfriendly person promised to call me back. Three more days passed with nothing. Despite calling multiple times, no one answered. Despite emailing, I received no reply. Absolutely nothing/no reaction whatsoever. He took €194 from me with a smile. A blatant scam. The money went straight into his own pocket. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Bürkle! 🙏 Our Eclectus parrot was in critical condition, and thanks to his outstanding expertise and swift, conscientious treatment, she survived. We were particularly impressed by his patience—both with our feisty girl and with us as her worried, and admittedly somewhat demanding, owners. He took plenty of time to explain everything clearly and was always there for us with advice and support. You can immediately tell that he not only possesses professional skills but also a genuine love for animals. We wholeheartedly recommend this veterinarian! 🐦❤️ You're in truly good hands here!
